We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Alice E. (Florence) Proulx of Granby, Massachusetts, born in Northfield, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Florence and Marie Florence (Fleury); her husband Alfred G. "Fred" Proulx; and her siblings, Ralph, Lucille and Dorothy.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa M. O'Neil (Edgar Huard) of Granby, Alfred G. Proulx III (Kim) of Kennesaw, GA, Alan B. Proulx (Tammy) of Chicopee, Mary A. Robert (Charles) of Lexington, SC and Kevin D. Proulx (Sherralee) of South Hadley; her grandchildren, Ryan Merrill, Brett Merrill (Brittany), Elise Phillips (Shane), Michael Proulx (Tonda), Lauren Proulx, Emilee Proulx, Jared Robert, Tara Nicole Robert and Katelyn Proulx; her great grandchildren, Ella, Karsyn Phillips and Weston Proulx; her siblings, Alfred Florence (George Zayas) of San Antonio, TX, Edward Florence, Jr. (Leslie) of New Hampshire and Theresa Carter of Zephyrhills, FL; and her sisters-in-law, Pauline Dupree of Chicopee and Marilyn Burgen of Springfield. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, friends and extended family.
The parking lot and main entrance are located in the rear of the funeral home at 20 Lafayette Street, Chicopee. (Please note that masks are required at the funeral home, church and cemetery and social distancing is required per state guidelines).
Her family requests that memorial donations be made in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverley Oaks Road, Waltham, MA 02452.
