He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore R. Fuller and Thelma Fuller (Murphy); and his wife JoAnn M. (Bys). He is survived by: his sons, Alan Fuller (Tania) of Ludlow, Matthew Fuller (Jane Malone) and Hadley; his grandson Jacob Fuller of Ludow; and his siblings, Linda Bedard of Ludlow and Richard "Dick" Fuller.

In lieu of flowers, donation may be made in his memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
