He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Gremo Sr. and Carmella Gremo (Marrandino); and his siblings, Cecelia Moccia, Philomena Begonis-Lynch, Elsie Moquin, Ralph Gremo II, Crispino Gremo, Nicholas Gremo, Anthony Gremo and Joseph Gremo.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Gremo (Riggieri); his daughters, Kimberly Gremo and Michelle Kelley (Thomas); his grandchildren, Madison Kelley and Matthew Kelley; his brother Michael Gremo (Cindy); and his siblings-in-law, Paul Riggieri (Candra Szymanski), Walter Moquin, Cheryl Ferguson (Richard), Margaret DiGregorio (Robert), Lillian Gremo and Rosemary Gremo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
