He was predeceased by: his former wife Helen Forsberg; his brothers, Philip E. Forsberg, Jr. and Gordon Forsberg; and his parents, Philip E. Forsberg, Sr. and Greta C. (Bergstrand).
He is survived by: his wife Gladys Forsberg (Lang); his daughter Wendy Donohue (Kevin); his grandsons, Christopher Donahue and Matthew Donahue (Laura); his great grandchild Madison; his grandson Kurt Donahue; his stepdaughter Doris Iandoli (Albert); his stepgrandchildren, Albert and Diana; his sister Harriett Dean; and also, Russell Chase (Monica), Erin, Lisa and Zachary. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
