He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Ustinovich and Annie Ustinovich (Petrikevich); his wife June Ustin; and his siblings, Nicholai Ustinovich, Peter Ustinovich, George Ustinovich, Olga Cox, Gladys Byrne, Jenny Premo, Stacia Maloney and Sally Eteson.
He is survived by: his children, Paula of Grafton and Michael (Marie) of East Baldwin; his stepgranddaughter Lisa (Jeff Asendorf); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ryan Asendorf and Katrina Jackman; his great great grandchildren, Mika and Gauge of Moriches; and his brother Daniel (Helen) of Spring Grove. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
