With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Hazen of Grafton, Massachusetts, born in Northbridge, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 10, 2021 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Tetrault (Fournier) and Owen Tetrault. She is survived by: her husband Richard Hazen; her son Daniel Hazen; her daughter-in-law Christine Hazen; her grandchildren, Emily and Ethan; and her siblings, Robert Tetrault (Edna) and Deborah Talbot. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be followed. Funeral services and burial will be private.
