He is survived by: his father George; his sisters, Melissa of Grafton and Dr. Andrea Pierce (Bill) of Seneca, SC; his nephew Matt Pierce (Jeannie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Charlie of Charlotte, NC and Austin of Charlotte, NC; his niece Alyssa Pierce; and also Sylvan of Paris, France..
