He is survived by: his son Michael Peterson (Donna); his sister Jane Cronin; his grandchildren, Brian Carter, Kelly Segal, Timothy and Erin Peterson; his great grandchildren, Zachary, Steven Carter, Finn Johnson and Ava Peterson; and his stepbrother John Donovan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
