We are sad to announce that on December 28, 2020, at the age of 25, Erin Coakley of Grafton, Massachusetts, born in Norwalk, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Mary (Flanagan), Bernard McGee and Daniel Coakley. She is survived by: her parents, Mary Coakley of Grafton, Massachusetts. and Dan Coakley; and her siblings, Connor Coakley (Alicia) and Maura. She is also survived by cousins, aunts and uncles.

Masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be followed.

In lieu of flowers the family requests a donation be made to the Best Buddies.
