She was predeceased by: her brother Michael Coakley; and her parents, Robert J. Coakley and Janet Coakley (Poulin). She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Perry of Worcester; her brothers, Brian Coakley of Thompson, CT and Robert P. Coakley of Whitinsville; her grandson Jared Perry; and her nephews, Thomas and Scott. She is also survived by her family and grandchildren.
