He is survived by: his children, Boota, Bootsie Boots, Jessica Collins of Newfields, NH, Orianna Reardon of Gloucester and Christian Collins; his daughter-in-law Lisa Arsenian of Lanesville; his siblings, Michael Collins of New Bedford and Jane Collins-Fondulis; his nieces, Rachel Baptista and Caralyne Fondulis-Pineda of Wareham; and his grandchildren, Evan, Michael, Bella, Grace, Adelia, Judah, Harper, Rita and Quinn.
