He was predeceased by: his parents, George Skinner and Marcia Skinner (Ryan); and his brother Shawn Skinner. He is survived by: his son Stephen M. Skinner, Jr. (Laura McCollum) of Gloucester; his siblings, Deanna Brown (Gary) of Gloucester, Linda Sholds (Mark) of Gloucester, George Fletcher (Maryann) of Gloucester, James Skinner (Linda) and Shane Skinner of Gloucester; his close friend Phyllis Lewis of Georgia; and his former wife Pauline Coleman (Misuraca) of Gloucester. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
