He was predeceased by: his father Alfred Scott Pitt; and his brother-in-law Steve Cherry. He is survived by: his son Michael Pitt (Kelly) of Scituate; his siblings, David Pitt (Laney), Sandy Pitt (Connie) and Maryellen Donovan (Michael); and his former wife Joanne Pitt (McNally). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and close friends.
