Planted in memory of Lois G. Kleindienst Lois G. Kleindienst Obituary Lois G. Kleindienst, 92, of Gloucester wife of the late Robert Kleindienst passed away peacefully on Monday, April 22, 2024, at the Seacoast Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born in Gloucester, MA on October 11, 1931, daughter of the late Earl and Ruth (Allen) Reed.
Lois was a graduate of Gloucester High School, Class of 1949.
In her younger years she loved square dancing and was an avid reader. She enjoyed sitting on Plum Cove Beach and enjoyed traveling. She has been to London, Paris, Italy, and many different parts of Mexico several times. Her hobbies included knitting and embroidering. She was a dog lover and was a member of the Essex Council on Aging.
She is survived by her daughters, Pamela Normand and her husband William, Karen Burbine, and her husband Kenneth; grandchildren, Shane Normand, Colin Normand and John Salvi-Souza, Andrew Gwinn, and his wife Siyue, Robert Gwinn and his wife Maria, Michael Favalora and his wife Fern, Matthew Favalora, and his wife Kiyomi, Rebecca Lally and her husband Shawn Lally and John Hartney Jr.; step-grandchildren, Michael Burbine and his wife Alison, Taylor Burbine, and his wife Jordan; great-grandchildren, Ashley, and her husband Frank Faria, Kalani and Nikko Favalora, Sofia, Grace and Mckenzie Lally, Lena-Lois and Robert Richard Gwinn, Reece, Quinn, and Maysen Favalora; great great-grandchild, Frank Faria Jr.
She was predeceased by her son, James Favalora; daughter, Marcia Gusciora; daughter-in- law, Deborah Favalora and granddaughter-in-law, Renee Leblanc Hartney.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
In keeping with her wishes there will be no services.
