He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Lane and Rachel Lane (Sargent) of Riverdale; his brothers, Raymond Lane (Mary) and Gilbert Lane (Rose); and his brothers-in-law, Carlo Favazza (Betty) and Robert Carl (Mary).

He is survived by: his wife Grace (Favazza); his sons, Michael Lane (Kathy) of Rockport, Richard Lane (Tracy) and Peter Lane (Pamela) of Rockport; his brothers-in-law, John Favazza of Salem and Salvatore Favazza of Danvers; his grandchildren, Christopher Lane (Vanessa) of Beverly, Jeffrey Lane (Amy) of Beverly, R. Travis Lane of Gloucester, Justin Lane of Gloucester, Joshua Lane of Gloucester and Kristina Thrift (Ned) of Panama City, FL; and his great grandchildren, Lukas Lane, Benjamin Thrift of Panama City, FL and Lucille Grace Lane of Beverly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Lee's name to the American Legion Post 3, 8 Washington Street, Gloucester MA. 01930 or a charity of your choice.
