It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Kangisser of Gloucester, Massachusetts, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 28, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sara Kangisser and George Kangisser; his sister Martha Rosenblatt (Mel); and his brother-in-law Milton Frem (Arlene). He is survived by: his significant other Louise; his daughters, Deborah K. Mead (Patrick) and Rachel K. Sher (Philip); his grandchildren, Jenny Bea Levine (Eugene McGowan), Henry F. K. Sher, Hannah K. Mead (Dylan Guy), Laura K. Mead and George K. Mead; and his brother-in-law Bob Frem (Liz). He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
