Jesse A. Bowman Obituary
Jesse A. Bowman, 38 of Gloucester, Mass passed away unexpectedly on March 7th, 2023. Jesse was born on August 23, 1984, to Kelley Norris and Al Bowman in Lynn, Ma.
Throughout his life Jesse was loved by many along the North Shore, making friends wherever he went and offering a helping hand to whoever needed it. Jesse was always a hard worker, picking up small jobs even as a child and was known for his amazing work ethic. Jesse loved being outdoors and seeing what adventures the world could give him. He took every opportunity available to be out on the sea with friends fishing and enjoying the fresh ocean air. We all knew Jesse as the natural comedian he was, but he also found comfort in writing music lyrics. Jesse was the only boy in a large family of girls to which he enjoyed spending time with, playing games, having cook outs and playing pranks. He cherished family above all else, he was his mom's heart and he adored her too. He had tattooed a tribute to her on his back. He loved being a father and always accepted and stepped into the chaos of play with them. His son and daughter were his greatest accomplishments in life. Jesse was an amazing man, father, son, brother, cousin, and friend he was a gift and blessing to know. The grief of his loss is insurmountable, but we still find love and humor in our memories that we will always be cherished. He was the light in the dark we all needed, and he will be forever in our hearts and remembered always.
Jesse is survived by his son Kasey J Silva, daughter Aliana J Bowman, mother and stepfather Kelley Norris and Shawn Geary, Sisters Heather Cure, Brandy Norris, Deanna Martin, Nicole Geary, Hilary Geary, and Crystal Rioux. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and hundreds of friends.
Visiting hours will be held at in the Greely Funeral home, 212 Washington Street, Gloucester, on Saturday, March 25, from 3pm-5pm. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Deanna Martin by check or Venmo/Cash App.
