He is survived by: his parents, Frank Pacheco III of Gloucester, MA and Sueann Gouin (Frazier) of Brookville, FL.; and his siblings, Johnny Pacheco, Joseph Pacheco, Jeffrey Pacheco, Frank Pacheco IV, Sherry Thibodeau (Pacheco) and Cheyanne Pacheco.
