Ida Bodoni Obituary
Ida "Inge" (Harre) Bodoni, 98, of Gloucester wife of the late Salvatore John Bodoni, passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at the Seacoast Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Gloucester.
She was born in Halle, Germany on November 28, 1925, daughter of the late Paul and Eda (Hoffman) Harre.
Inge worked as a housekeeper for many years. She loved keeping her house in tip top order.
Inge was very proud of earning her American Citizenship.
Her greatest joy was her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her favorite child was "My Philip"She attended St. Ann's Church and was the past president of the Gloucester Fraternity Club Ladies Auxiliary and a past member of the DES Club.
Inge is survived by her children, Ursula Eastman, Philip Bodoni and his wife, Kathleen, Linda Johnson and her husband Robert, Patricia White, Cynthia Miller and her husband Thomas; 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her son, Johnni; daughter-in-law, Linda Pantaleo; sons-in-law, Michael Eastman and Robert White; sister, Ursula and brother, Gunther.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Her. Funeral Service will be held in the Greely Funeral Home, 212 Washington Street, Gloucester on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at 12noon. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend.
The burial will be held in Calvary Cemetery, Gloucester.
