She is survived by: her sister Geraldine O'Shannon (Kitty) of Niantic, CT; her godchildren, Jennifer L. Newman Hutchins and Brian L. Newman of Gloucester; her caregiver Sylvia Newman of Rockport; and her friend Alex Marku of Niantic, CT.
