Fabio Lentini Obituary
Fabio Lentini, 37, of Gloucester passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at his residence.
He was born in Gloucester on June 14, 1985, the son of Frank and Maria (Riparo) Lentini.
Fabio graduated high school in 2003 earning his GED and then attended North Shore Community College. During his career he received a certificate of Appreciation Award in 2018 working for Micro Line Surgical. Fabio was very tech savvy and enjoyed working with computers. Fabio worked at Micro Chip in Beverly as the head of IT.
Throughout his life Fabio was loved by all who came into his life. Making friends was easy for him because he was known as a true friend, and he was always happy to be just around people he cared about and never looking for anything more. He was admired by many for how much he valued and put into his friendships. He always offered a helping hand to whoever needed it. Fabio had such a positive impact on people and everyone that was lucky enough to have him in their lives. Fabio was always a hard worker and was known for his amazing work ethic. His colleagues at Microchip referred to him as to being an exceptional human being that will be greatly missed. In addition, to spending time with family and friends, in his spare time he loved playing his video games on his high-tech equipment. He also looked forward to going on his annual camping trip with his friends. He loved being a godfather and always made sure that his godson was loved and spoiled. Fabio was an amazing man, son, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend, he was a gift and blessing to know. The grief of his loss is insurmountable, but we still find love and humor in our memories that we will always cherish. He was the light in the dark we all needed, and he will be forever in our hearts and remembered always.
He will be greatly missed by his loving family and many friends.
Fabio is survived by his parents, Frank Lentini and Maria Lentini; his brother Salvatore Lentini; grandmother, Franca Riparo; aunts and uncles, Maddalena Rinaldo and her husband Nunzio, Graziella Augusto, Fabio Riparo and his wife Debbie, Giuseppe Lentini, Maria Giacalone and her husband Dino, Antonio Lentini, Nicola Lentini; his god parents, Salvatore and Josephine Lograsso and godson, Jameson George Rodolosi.
He was predeceased by his grandfather, Salvatore Riparo, grandmother and grandfather, Salvatore and Rosa Lentini; aunts, Maria Lentini, Letizia Lentini and Cousin Frankie Befaro.
His Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Ann's Church, Holy Family Parish on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. A visitation will be held prior to the Mass in St. Ann's Church on Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
The burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Gloucester.
