He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander MacDonald and Louise MacDonald (Nevins); his siblings, Robert MacDonald, Winnifred McEvoy, Marie Drohan (Robert), Barbara Marcorelle, Pauline MacDonald and Priscilla MacDonald; and his siblings-in-law, Austin MacInnis (Roberta), Dorothy MacInnis, Marge Grogan, Gertrude MacInnis, Priscilla Mendes (Leo) and Paige Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Faye MacDonald (MacInnis); his children, Sheila Faye Marshall (Eric Wayrynen) of Rockport and Eugene MacDonald (Jeanine) of Gloucester; his grandchildren, Kiely Gene Marshall (Jordan Hyde) of Gloucester, Kaitlyn Faye Marshall (Amanda Davis) of Lynn, Michaela Ashley Poole (Joseph Gwozdz) of Maine, Alexander Frank MacDonald of Gloucester and Melanie Gene MacDonald of Gloucester; his friends, Sally Lacey and Kay Rich; his nephews, Peter Marcorelle and Timmy Clark; and also, Nancy, Tim Sanborn, Theresa and Harold Jenkins.
