It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Regina Marie Goulart of Gloucester, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 3, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A. Lowe and Joann "Christie" Lowe (Frost); and her son Steve Alan Goulart, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Steve "Pope" Goulard; her daughters, Kerri Murawski (Anthony E.) of Gloucester and Jennifer Goulart of Bradenton, FL; her grandchildren, Isabella of Gloucester, Anthony S. of Gloucester and Nicholas Murawski of Gloucester; her brother Cedric "Rick" Lowe (Maria) of Gloucester; her niece Danielle Nigro of Weymouth; her nephews, Shawn Lowe (Josephine) of Rockport and Robert Lowe (Ashley) of Amesbury; and her friends, Patty Aiello and Debra Latremore.
