He was predeceased by: his parent Aparicio Flores Navas; and his siblings, Enrique, Rosalia, Edmundo, Eduardo, Angelica and Maruja.

He is survived by: his wife Irene Flores (Luque); his sons, Henry (Maureen) of Wenham and Alex (Tiziana) of New Paltz, NY; his grandchildren, Alison Mitten (Andrew) of Boston, Katie Duval (Andy) of Boston, Caroline Flores of New York City, Alejandro Andres Flores of The Bronx, NY. and Matthew Brandon Rubinstein of The Bronx, NY.; and also Ecuador.
