It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert V. Cudak (Gardner, Massachusetts), born in Framingham, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 28, 2019, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert R Cudak and Thelma Cudak (Codding). He is survived by: his wife Lisa M Cudak (Chase); and his brothers, Phillip Cudak of Fitchburg and Karl Cudak of Westminster, MA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
