He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Provencher and Thelma Provencher (LeBlanc); and his brother-in-law Kenny Charlone. He is survived by: his children, Ethen Provencher (Jessica) of Gardner, Waylon Provencher of Gardner, Beau Provencher of Gardner and Sabrina Provencher of Texas; his grandchildren, Xavier Provencher, Yesenia Jones, Riley, Kaylee Provencher, Olivia Caron and Briana Provencher; his great grandchildren, Juliana, Cyrene and Savannah; and his siblings, James Provencher (Sharon), Laura Darling (Steve) of Gardner and Maurielle Charlone of Winchendon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
