He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Blake and Mabel Blake; and his siblings, Raymond Blake and Joan Ann Richard. He is survived by: his wife Anne Marie Blake; his children, Timothy Blake (Jennifer), Sammie D. Green and Dawn M. Green of Gardner; his grandchildren, Andrea Travers of Nashua, NH, Justin McPike of Gardner, Ashley M. Green of Warren, RI, Destinie Bailey of Gardner, Libertie Green of Washington, D. C., Sky E. Green of Gardner, Maureen Ingabire and Henry G. Green of Jenks, OK; his great grandchildren, Violet of Nashua, NH, Dahlia of Nashua, NH and Zinnia of Nashua, NH; and his pets, Amber and Duncan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
