He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Cook and Almeda Cook; his children, Robin Milligan and Richard Cook (Lisa Cook); and his wife Diana Cook.

He is survived by: his daughters, Diana Graham, Tammy (Tommy Hale) and Brenda (Brent Hawkins). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mack Family Funeral Homes - Gardner Chapel (105 Central St, Gardner, MA 01440). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Pine Grove Cemetery.

Dick was one of the nicest person I associated with there and looked forward to conversations with him about anything and everything he liked to talk about.
