He was predeceased by: his father Chester E. Welch; his grandfathers, Ernest Boucher and Everett Welch; and his uncle John Dube. He is survived by: his mother Karen A. Welch (Dube) of Gardner; his children, Collin and Adrianna; his sister Jackie Paquette (Matt) of Spencer, MA; his grandmothers, Dorina Boucher of Gardner and Joyce Welch of Nova Scotia; his aunts and uncles, Paul (Maria) of Gardner, Jim Dube of Toronto, Heather Welch of Nova Scotia, Eugene Welch and Janice Gerry (Paul Landry) of Gardner; his nephews, Jonathan, Michael, Joseph and David; and his close friends, Jeremy and Gus.
