He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Douckas and Adele Douckas (Shetrawski); his brother Paul Douckas; and his daughter Holly Welch (Douckas). He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Trish" Douckas (Rafferty); his stepchildren, Kristen M. Knoblock (Nicholas Hawks) of Kernersville, NC and Robert W. Aho (Julie) of Baldwinville; his grandsons, Bryce Scott Knoblock and Greyson Alexander Szaban; and his sister-in-law Jean Douckas.
