He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry J. Osowski and Catherine A. Osowski (Guilfoil); and his brother Mark Osowski of Leominster. He is survived by: his children, Craig A. Osowski (Valerie Ingman) of Hubbardston and Krista Osowski of Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Dylan and Liberty "Libby" Osowski; his stepgrandchildren, Courtney and Kevin Dotterweich; and his brothers, Henry Osowski (Cheryl) of Simi Valley, CA, John Osowski of Nashua, NH and Thomas Osowski (Karan) of Chagrin Falls, OH. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
