She was predeceased by: her parent Buena Ventura; and her brother Charlie Vega. She is survived by: her mother Blanca Mendez of Puerto Rico; her children, Yariveth Marrero (Carlos Dias) of Gardner, Kathia Marrero (Antonio Cuevas) of Gardner, Minnieveth Nesta (Joe) of Malden and Osvaldo Esteves (Delysha Navas) of Gardner; her siblings, Clara Vega of Roslindale, Iri Ortega of Boston, Aida Roldan of Florida and Ramon Vega of Dorchester; and her grandchildren, Yabdiel Ruiz, Edgar Yadriel, Anniveth Correro, Joseph, Dominic and Briella Nesta. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
