It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary E. (Phelan) Nordman of Gardner, Massachusetts, born in Raleigh, North Carolina, who passed away on March 10, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandparent Irish; her close friend Lucille; her husband Rudolph Nordman; her parents, Elizabeth Phelan Greenough (Gould) and Patrick Phelan; her brothers, Richard Phelan (Phyllis) and Patrick Phelan (Linda) of Seabrook; her sons, Michael Nordman (Betsy Nordman), David Nordman (Heather Smith) and Dale Nordman (Katie) of Worcester; her stepchildren, Catherine Sawicki (George) of Westminster, Wayne Nordman (Denise Nordman) of New Port Richey, Jack Nordman (Julie) of Gardner and Kevin Nordman of Athol; her grandchildren, Andrew Nordman, Olivia Nordman, Kayla Nordman, Connor Nordman, Alexis Nordman, Liam Nordman, Annika Nordman, Henrik Nordman, Melissa Ferguson, Bethany Salit, Kate Nordman, Peter Nordman and Jared Nordman; and her close friend Lucy. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Mary requested that memorial donations be made in her memory to the Scleroderma Foundation, St. Jude's Hospital or Gardner Animal Shelter.
