He was predeceased by: his parent Evert Heglin; and his siblings, Earl Heglin, Ragner Heglin, John Heglin, Melvin Heglin, Inez Lacasse and Edna Cantin.
He is survived by: his parent Selma Heglin (Mattson); his wife Helen Heglin (Puustinen); and his children, Danny L. Heglin of Gardner, Thomas A. Heglin of Gardner, Karen I. Greenwood of Gardner and Randall W. Heglin of Gardner. He is also survived by five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the VFW Post 905, 176 West St., Gardner, MA 01440.
