He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Valentin and Ana Mendez. He is survived by: his wife Nereida Hernandez of Gardner; his children, Juan Valentin (Stephany) of Gardner and Mayra Valentin (Jose Lopez) of Puerto Rico; and his grandchild Tanairi Valentin of Gardner. He is also survived by several brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins.
