He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sisters, Kathryn Fucile (Joseph) of Methuen and Deborah Komberg of Henderson, NV; his brother-in-law Donald M. Creed of Leominster; his nieces and nephews, Melissa Lawrence, Stefanie Mathon, Kelly Creed, Katelyn Creed, Michael Powers, Steven Powers and Daniel Creed; his great-niece Shaylee Savoie; his great-nephews, Tyler Detmer and Ryan Bealand; his sister Cynthia Creed; and his parents, Raymond C. Caissey and Lillian Caissey (Bastine).

In lieu of flowers a GoFundMe account has been established for Joe, to help raise money to have a memorial bench placed at Doyle Field.
