He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kacian and Antoinette Kacian (Milewska); and his siblings, Wacy Kacian, John Kacian, Walter Kacian, Antoinette Brideau, Francis Girouard, Nellie Gilhooly, Ann Garick and Regina Chabon.
He is survived by: his wife Stella V. Kacian (Doucette) of Gardner; his children, Dennis Kacian of Salmon, Steven Kacian (Theresa) of Gardner, Joseph "Jack" Kacian (Cynthia) of Royalston, David Kacian of Gardner and Janet Peterson (Arthur) of Ashburnham; his brother Chester Kacian; his grandchildren, Brent Kacian, Christy Gnat, Valerie McCoy, Natalie Kacian, Hannah Kacian, Kourtney Kacian, Shelby Diaek, Meredith Nett and Carlen Goguen; and his great grandchildren, Bianca Kacian, Marina Sullivan, Nolan McCoy, Cillian McCoy, Reese Shumsky and Ryder Diaek. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
