He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Smith and Henrietta Smith (Hetnik); and his brothers, Francis Jr. and Philip Smith. He is survived by: his wife Stella A. Smith (Matusewicz) of Templeton; his sons, Thomas J. Smith (Cristal) of Templeton and James A. Smith (Deborah) of Palm Harbor, FL.; and his grandchildren, Piper, Lachlan, Sullivan, Sawyer, Daniel, Timothy and Matthew.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Mack Family Funeral Homes - Gardner Chapel (105 Central St, Gardner, MA 01440). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location.
