She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur H. Jacques and Mercedes Jacques (Dorval); her brother David P. Jacques; and her nephews, Jonathan Landry and Daniel Jacques.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen D. Boudreau of Gardner and Lynn F. Morrissey of Leominster; her granddaughter Olivia Eileen Boudreau; and her siblings, Denise A. Babineau (Stephen) of Phillipston and Philip W. Jacques (Tanya) of Gardner. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
