He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobart L. Clark and Pearl V. Clark (Slaney); and his sisters, Virginia Matteson and Diana Faxon. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Richard Faxon of Fort Myers, FL; his niece Kimberly Richard (Phillip "P. J."); and his children, Valerie Richard, Tamera Whitehead, Frank Clark, Phillip Clark, Cheryl Slack and Steve Clark.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in his memory to Gardner Lodge of Elks, 31 Park St., Gardner, MA 01440.
