She was predeceased by: her parent Jose Costa; her sister Gabriela Cabral of Canada; and her husband Jaime P. Andrade. She is survived by: her parent Rosa Costa (Medeiros); and her children, Jamie M. Andrade (Paula) of Gardner, John L. Andrade of Gardner, Maria L Andrade of Gardner, Luzia M Martin (Leo) of Merrimack, Vickie Busa (Chris) of Nashua, Grace M. Andrade and Jason Daughtry of Nashua. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
