He was predeceased by: his parents, David Theodore Mackelburger and Margaret Bertha Mackelburger (Fast); and his brothers, John and Sam Mackelburger. He is survived by: his children, David Allen Mackelburger of West Virginia and Dawn Macintosh of Gardner; his grandchildren, Kristie Ducharme and Skylar Kuczwara; his great grandchildren, Laney Bredburg, Abby, Olivia Ducharme, Harper and Rowan Kuczwara; and his brother Fred Mackelburger (Nancy) of Arizona. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
