He is survived by: his children, James Gamarsh, Michael Gamarsh, Christine Gamarsh and Nicole Hovey; his stepchildren, Eric Johansson, William Johansson, Marcia Johansson and Ingrid Johansson; and his sisters, Barbara Ricker, Rose Ann Ricker and Victoria Smith. He is also survived by several grandchildren; one great-grandchild; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
