It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerard Hachey of Gardner, Massachusetts, born in Rogersville, New Brunswick, who passed away on September 29, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, August Hachey and Flavie Hachey (Cormier); his former wife Laurie A. Hachey (Gaudet); his grandson William Robichaud; and his siblings, Albert, Frank, Edgar, Fred, Eric, Alderic Hachey and Adele Bourque.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Monette of Gardner; his children, Louis N. Hachey (Sandra) of Lakeland, FL, Geraldine Robichaud of Leominster and Janice P. George (David) of South Dennis; his grandchildren, Dustin, Oden, Clayton, Brianne, Jennifer Hachey and David George; and his brother Joseph Hachey of Cocagne, NB. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
