He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Carey and Edith Carey (Bridgman); and his wife Claire A. Carey (Guignard). He is survived by: his children, Daniel (Lisa) of Athol, Dennis (Norma Calvi) of Orange and Danielle Stringer (David Clarkson) of Worcester; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Julia, Bailey and Brandon; and his sister Mary Morin (Joe) of The Villages, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
