He was predeceased by: his parent Stanley V. Dembek. He is survived by: his parent Marceline Dembek (Petitti); his sisters, Deborah M. Dembek of Wells and Julie A. Dembek of Westminster; his uncles, Victor Dembek (Ruby) and Leo Dembek; his nephew Anthony Leroy of Westminster; and his friend Denise Kallel of Wells.
