It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eric J. Richard of Gardner, Massachusetts, born in Saint-Ignace, New Brunswick, who passed away on November 14, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Richard and Leocadie Richard (Bordage); and his siblings, Jeanne Gallant, Delphis, Alfred, Elmo, Elzie and Lionel Richard.
He is survived by: his wife Alphonsine Richard (Gallant) of Gardner; his children, Sandra M. Richard of Gardner and Allen J. Richard (Christie) of Gardner; his grandchildren, Jamie Hippler, Sadie Richard and Izic French; and his sisters, Rita Daigle of Dieppe, N. B. and Alma Daigle of Moncton, N. B.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
