He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Lepkowski and Jennie Lepkowski (Bogdanowicz); his daughter Deborah A. Lepkowski; and his siblings, Leonard Lepkowski and Eleanor Carlson.
He is survived by: his wife Helen A. Lepkowski; and his daughter Elizabeth Johnson (Alan). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
