It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward J. Raymond of Gardner, Massachusetts, born in Winchendon, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 17, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Raymond and Alice Raymond (Enright); his siblings, Joan Pineault, James Raymond and Kenneth Raymond; his nephew Kevin Raymond; and his former wife Patricia Prevost (Morris).
He is survived by: his wife Mary C. Raymond (Kangas); his son Michael (Betsy) of Shrewsbury, MA; his granddaughter Hillary (Nick Hajjar); his great grandchild Cameron Hajjar of Norwood, MA; his daughter Deborah Tierney (Thomas); his granddaughters, Sarah and Catherine; his son Timothy Carpenter (Shelley) of Swanzey, NH; his grandchildren, Bradley of Swanzey, NH and Tiffany (Christian Packard) of West Chesterfield, NH.; his siblings-in-law, George Pineault of Winchendon, MA, Holly and Rosemary Raymond of Gardner, MA; and also, John Kangas of Gardner and Paul Kangas of Winchendon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
