He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank LeBlanc and Viola Theriault (LeBlanc); his wife Grace Louise (Lang); his stepfather O'Neil Theriault; and his brothers, Ernest and Raymond LeBlanc.
He is survived by: his children, Kerry LeBlanc of Otter River, Patti Matukas (Tom) of Otter River and Dodie Ducharme (Tony) of Winchendon; and his sister Elaine LeBlanc of Gardner. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
